As all items are handmade and we are a family shop, please allow one to two business days for fulfillment and packing before your order ships. If you have a fully custom piece or several custom items, please allow two to three business days. If there is a need for longer time, we will discuss this on a case by case basis.
I use USPS ground shipping with tracking and insurance for the vast majority of my shipping. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your items are packaged and I have printed the label. All items are then dropped off or picked up for shipping within the next business day. I do update your order with the ship date when I print the label so you will be notified with the tracking number of the intended shipping date and expected arrival date. USPS ground seems to arrive within 5 business days of the package drop off/pick up. I have yet to have an order take longer than that using this service.
If you need faster shipping, send a message via the contact page or email and we will try to do our best to accommodate. If the shipping cost is higher, there will be a fee to cover the difference in price. As most items are low in weight, the shipping costs are not that varied at this time.
