Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at The Displaced Texan Gifts!  All of our products are handmade and are generally custom made to order.  We are committed to delivering them safely and efficiently to your door. 

Processing Times

All orders are made to order. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to create your orders before they are shipped.  During high-volume seasons or sales, processing may take an extra day or two- but we do our best to keep you informed!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer calculated shipping options at checkout.  Shipping costs are based on your location and products ordered.  I generally use USPS Ground Advantage Shipping (U.S.) and it typically takes between 2-5 business days, depending on location. 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, location, or other delays.

Shipping Locations

We currently only accept orders from and ship within the continuous United States from Long Island, New York.

Shipping Issues or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately at displacedtexan36@gmail.com and we will help you resolve the issue.  If it is 7 days past your expected delivery date, please also reach out to the above email and we will do our best to address the issue.  While we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, we do our best to make it right.
